We aim to build our relation and gain your trust. If for any reason you are less convinced with your purchase, we are here to help ! All products purchased from us online are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. This is provided the product has been unused and not damaged. This exchange or refund does not apply to items which are personalised or engraved. Our QC team will asses the product upon return / exchange. Any signs of the product being used or tampered, would make the product ineligible for exchange.
Incase the exchanged value is higher than the previous purchase made, the customer will have to pay the difference in value between the new product and old product. Incase the exchanged value is lesser that the original purchased value, the difference will be held as credit by Karat One for any future purchases.
Returns / Exchanges are not applicable for products that have been altered or tampered by third party jewellers. Karat One will not be responsible for any items which are lost or damaged once it has been delivered to you by the delivery service.
Please note in some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your product in a sealed envelope. You will not be charged anything for this return shipping if it is within our stipulated time frames.

While returning any items, please ensure that it is unused/tampered and is packed in the original Karat One box / pouch. Make sure you also attach the original invoice and authenticity certificate provided to you.
Your refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our Quality Check department. Once the product passes the quality check, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 7 days.

The refund will be processed via debit/credit card in case of an online payment and by bank transfer in case of cash payment.

Sorry for the inconvenience ! Incase you have received any damaged or incorrect piece, we will arrange a pick up and will replace the piece with a fresh one within 7 days.

We will be happy to replace lost stones or any other forced damage at an additional charge which will be determined depending on the product. We will not be responsible for any repairs / damages for products modified / altered by third party jewellers.

Yes , shipping to and fro for any repair items will be on chargeable basis. The charges will vary depending on you location.

Yes our buyback policy is only limited to exchanges. We will not provide any cash back for items beyond the stipulated time of return.
Please note our buyback in terms of exchange will only be available for items that are purchased from Karat One.
